Licentius was founded by Margo Dobbeleir, based on solid, hands-on experience in the retail sector:
As Expansion Manager at one of Belgium’s largest retailers, I developed a strong interest and deep expertise in the development of retail projects. In this role, I was responsible for identifying and realising strategic locations and properties. This experience has shown me that successful projects are the result of a multidisciplinary and carefully coordinated approach, from permitting and construction to final operation.
My legal background enables me to go beyond a purely advisory role. I take pride in translating complex permitting regulations into pragmatic and well-coordinated (environmental) permit applications.
