From 1 January 2024, I am starting my own company, specialised in (socio-economic) permits for (retail) property. I guide my clients from start to finish through the permit process, by giving strategic advice, preparing and submitting permit applications and following them up with the (advisory) authorities. 🙏🏻A special word of thanks to all my colleagues in the Colruyt Group expansion team, led by Pieter Puystiens, for letting me grow and gain the knowledge I need for the rest of my professional life.
🙏🏻 Thanks to the entire board of Retail Forum Belgium, for all the interesting debates we had and for bringing all retail players together at all kinds of events.
🙏🏻And last but not least, the real estate working group within Comeos, diligently prepared by Isaac De Coster, where we discussed many legal changes for the retail sector.
I am looking forward to this new start, but grateful for all the opportunities!
